Macaroni with White Sauce

Macaroni is an insanely popular Italian dish that is filled with the heavenly goodness of cheese and seasoning. In this day, it would be difficult to find a person who doesn’t like dishes like noodles or paste, be it of any kind. But, getting these dishes often from hotels isn't exactly a healthy. But, these are dishes one simply cannot give up on, no matter how costly or unhygienic. Hence why, I am here, sharing a simple and easy recipe to make this delightfully delish dish at home.


Macaroni shells

For white sauce

Butter - 2 Tsp
Chopped Onion - 1 Tbsp
Italian seasoning - 1 Tsp
Maida(all purpose flour) - 1 Tsp
Milk - 1 cup


To make macaroni

Take a pan and boil some water in it.

Add macaroni shells and salt to the water. Let the macaroni boil.

To make macaroni white sauce

Take a wide saucepan. Add butter, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, maida (all purpose flour) and milk.

Add cheese slices to thicken the sauce and keep stirring it.

Add boiled macaroni to the white sauce and mix it well.

Finally, season it with pepper and gently mix it.

Delicious Macaroni with white sauce is ready to taste!
