Masala Fried Egg Burger

This is an excellent alternative to the usual meat burgers. This burger has a flavorful masala fried egg and also a cilantro-mint mayo which goes extremely well with this burger. This will be your go-to burger from the moment you try it. And will be your kid’s favorite snack.

Burger Bun
Tomato Slice
Onion Rings

To make Potato Patty
Boiled Potato - 4 Nos
Oil - 2 Tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Green Chili - 2 Nos
Onion - 1 No. Chopped
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chili - 1 Tsp
Salt - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Leaves
Juice Of 1/2 Lemon

To Make Mint Mayo
Green Chili - 1 No.
Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Sugar - 1/2 Tsp
Rock Salt - 1/4 Tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Chopped Garlic - 1 Tsp
Grind To A Paste
Mint Chutney Is Ready
Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
Mint Chutney

To Make Fried Egg
Oil - 1 Tsp
Egg - 1 No.
Chili Powder

1. In a blender or food processor, mix together all chutney ingredients, except mayonnaise. Blend until a smooth paste.
2. Remove to a small bowl and mix with mayonnaise.
3. In a non-stick skillet, heat 2 tsp ghee or butter on medium-high. Toast the two buns on both sides. Set aside.
4. In the same non-stick skillet, heat 1 tsp ghee or butter on medium-high. Crack egg and add to hot pan.
5. Sprinkle with garam masala, chili powder, and salt to taste.
6. Cook egg for a couple of minutes or until yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
7. Spread mint mayo on both sides of each bun. Place a fried egg on each bun with tomato and onion.
