Boneless Mutton - 1 Kg

Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/314FymX)
Water - 1/2 Cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RGYvrw)
Whole Spices
(Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Clove & Cardamom)
Onion - 4 Nos Chopped
Green Chilli - 3 Nos Slit
Tomato - 4 Nos Chopped
Salt - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2vg124l)
Coriander Powder - 2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/36nEgEq)
Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2TPe8jd)

Chopped Coriander Leaves

1. To the mutton, add turmeric powder, chilli powder, pepper, salt and mix well.
2. Let this sit for 1 hours.
3. To the pressure cooker, add the mutton pieces, ginger garlic paste and water.
4. Pressure cook on low flame for 3 whistle.
5. To a pan, add oil, whole spices, onion and saute until they are brown in color.
6. Add green chillies and continue to saute.
7. Now add chopped tomatoes and salt, and cook.
8. Once the tomatoes are soft, add the cooked mutton with the water.
9. Cook until moisture evaporates.
10. Add coriander powder, and cook until the masala give thick.
11. Finally add ghee, coriander leaves.
12. Mutton masala is ready.
