Paneer Kathi Roll - Recipe
Ingredients: Malai Paneer - 250 gms
Oil - 1 tbsp
Masala Chapati - 2 nos
Mint Chutney
Cut Raw Onions

For Marination:
Yogurt/Curd - 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Green chili paste - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur (Dry Mango powder) - 1/2 tsp
Green Capsicum - 2 tbsp
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Lemon juice few drops

1. To the yogurt/curd, add ginger garlic paste & green chilli paste
2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, amchur powder
3. Now add salt, chopped capsicum, coriander leaves and few drops of lemon. Mix well

4. To this mixture, add the paneer pieces and mix well. Let it sit for 30 minutes

5. In a pan, heat oil and pour the yogurt paneer mix.

6. Simply let it cook till the gravy thickens
7. Take the masala chapati (or roti of your choice) and spread mint chutney

8. Line the paneer pieces on top and top it with onions rinsed in cold water

9. Roll the roti/bread and finally roll it with a foil/butter paper to hold it in shape
