Raw Mango Raita

Curd - 1 cup
Cumin powder
Chili powder
Chopped Green chili - 1 no
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Raw mango
Red chili powder
1. Take a bowl, add 1 large bowl of thick curd and whisk it nicely.
2. Add these ingredients - Salt, cumin powder, chili powder, 1 chopped green chilly, coriander leaves and mint leaves.

3. Add one grated raw mango. (You can use 1/2 or 3/4th of grated raw mango)

4. Mix them all together.

5. Garnish it with red chili powder and roasted cumin powder.
Tangy raw mango raita is ready!
