Vegetable Sabji

Ingredients :

Oil - 3 tbsp
Carrot - 1 no. Chopped
Beans - 8 nos chopped
Potato - 1 no.
Capiscum - 1/2 no.
Cauliflower florets
Peas - 1/2 cup cooked
Paneer - 100 gms chopped
Onion - 2 nos finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomatos - 3 nos finely chopped
Salt - 1 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Sauteed vegetables and paneer
Kasuri methi
Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves - chopped

Method :

Heat some oil in a kadai
Fry all the vegetables till they are golden brown and keep them aside
Fry the paneer till they are golden brown and keep them aside
In the same kadai, add onions and saute them
Add ginger-garlic paste and saute along
Add tomatoes and cook them till the tomatoes are soft
Add all the spice powders and cook them till oil separates
Once the oil separates, add the fried vegetables and paneer and mix well
Add some water if required
Boil the gravy for about 10 mins
Finally, add coriander leaves, kasuri methi and fresh cream
Serve the Mix Vegetable Sabji hot
