Capsicum Paneer

DESCRIPTION

Cook time: 20 minutes
Number of servings: 2-3 persons

Ingredients

Paneer - 200 gms
Capsicum - 1 chopped
Pre-cooked Peas - 50 gms
Onion - 2 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Sabji masala powder - 1 tsp
Kasuri methi - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cinnamon - 1
Clove - 2
Cardamom - 1
Bayleaf - 1

Method

1. Heat Oil in a pan. Add Cinnamon, Clove, Cardamom, Bayleaf, Onion & sauté it for a few minutes.



2. Once onion turns transparent add Capsicum & sauté it for another few minutes.



3. Wait for the onion to turn brown then add Tomatoes, Pre-cooked Peas & mix them well.



4. Now add Salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Sabji masala powder & mix well.



5. Once all the masala blended well with vegetables add the Paneer & mix them well.



6. Finally add Kasuri methi & mix well.



7. Serve this delicious Capsicum Paneer masala hot with chapati, roti, or rice.
