BREAD RASMALAI | Sweet
A sweet savoury during a festive season is a must in every household. These are those special days when we get to taste and enjoy these dishes without any resistance. And one of the sweet delicacies that is really popular among the Indians is a north Indian sweet called Rasmalai. So, we tried to attempt making a dish that is a small variation of the Rasmalai. The only new thing introduced to this delicacy? Bread slices!
Ingredients

Bread slices - 4 no
Milk - 2 cups
Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Saffron in Milk
Sugar - 3 to 4 tbsp.
Mixed nuts (Cashew nuts & Pistachio) - 1/2 cup
A pinch of Cardamom powder

Method:
Rabdi
Place a large saucepan on the stove and pour 2 cups of Milk in it.

Then add the Condensed Milk to the pan. Keep stirring the contents it until the milk thickens and is reduced to half.

Halfway through, add Sugar (according to your taste), and Cardamom powder to the pan. Continue stirring until the milk has thickened.

Once the milk has thickened, add some Saffron Milk and chopped mixed nuts (Cashew nuts & Pistachio). Keep stirring it.

You may let it stay on the stove for a few more minutes while continuously stirring if you want your rabdi to be thicker. Once the rabdi has cooled down to a room temperature, keep it in the refrigerator.

Bread Rasmalai
Place the bread slices on a plate and cut them into circles.

Pour the chilled Rabdi onto the bread slices. Make sure the bread is completely covered.

Delicious easy Bread Rasmalai ready in minutes. Serve it chilled.
