Mince Meat Rice Bowl
It’s the same routine again. The same cup of coffee in the morning. The same boring meal for lunch and the same dish for dinner as well. This is what happens in every household. And, before long, we grow bored of them and prefer outside snacks and little bites that aren’t healthy for us. So, a little change. Why not try getting those vegetables into our stomachs by making a different but yummy rice bowl? Add some minced meat to the mixture, and voila! You've got yourself a new favourite!

Ingredients:
Olive Oil - 2 Tsp
Chopped Garlic - 2 Tbsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tbsp
Minced Meat - 200 gms
Spring Onion whites
Salt
Pepper
Water

For Sauce:
Light Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
Red chilli flakes - 2 Tsp
Chopped Ginger - 1 Tsp
Brown Sugar - 2 Tsp
Sesame Oil - 1 Tsp

For Garnish:
Spring onion greens
Sesame seeds

Method:
1. Add some oil in a wide saucepan.
2. Add the chopped garlic and ginger and give it a quick stir.
3. Add the minced meat and mix it well.
4. Add the chopped spring onion whites and mix.
5. Mix the soy sauce, chilli flakes, chopped ginger, brown sugar and sesame oil in a small bowl.
6. Pout the mixture into the saucepan.
7. Mix well.
8. Pour a little water into the pan and mix it in. Close the lid and let it cook for about 20 minutes.
9. Now, add the spring onion greens and mix.
10. Take a bowl and add enough rice to it.
11. Add a layer of some minced meat and garnish with some spring onion greens.
12. Your minced meat rice bowl is ready to be served!
