Mini Mughlai Paratha

For Dough
All purpose flour or Maida - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp

Chicken mixture
Minced Chicken - 250 gms
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup

Egg mixture
Egg - 1 no
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Chopped Garlic - 1 tsp
Chopped Green Chili
Chopped Onion
Chopped Coriander leaves

1.For mixing the Dough. Take 1 cup of All purpose flour or Maida, little Salt, 2 tsp of Oil and mix it to a dough by adding appropriate Water.
2.Cover the Dough using cling wrap and let it sit for about 30 minutes.
3.For cooking the Chicken, Take a wide sauce pan, add little Oil and 250 gms of minced chicken and Reduce the flame.
4.Now, add 1 tsp of Turmeric powder, 1 tsp of Chili powder, little Pepper, Salt,1 tsp of Ginger Garlic paste and 1/2 cup of Water.
5.Close the pan and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes till all the water evaporates and chicken is cooked through.
6.For making the Egg mixture, crack open an Egg in a bowl, add some Salt, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Pepper, 1 tsp of chopped Garlic, chopped Green Chili, chopped Onions, chopped Coriander leaves and mix it all together and keep it aside.
7.For making Paratha, Take a little of dough and roll it flat and place the Egg mixture and cooked chicken and seal the Paratha.
8.Keep the Pan hot with Oil simultaneously, because once we roll out the dough, it should be fried immediately.
9.Place the Paratha in the hot Oil and shallow fry it.
10.Serve it hot with curry or ketchup.
