Raw Mango Rice (Andhra style)
Ingredients

Raw Mango - 1 no finely grated
Cooked Rice - 1 bowl (Buy: https://goo.gl/XIDAkF)
Oil - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
A few Coriander leaves

For Tempering
Oil - 1 tbsp
Chana Dal - 1/4 tsp (Buy: https://goo.gl/L8LXIh)
Urad Dal - 1/4 tsp(Buy: https://goo.gl/udj47s)
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red chilli - 6 nos
Green chilli - 3 nos
Ginger
Asafoetida powder - 1 tsp
A few Curry leaves

Method:
1. To the Cooked Rice, add 1 tbsp of Oil, 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder & mix well.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of Oil in a pan(Buy : https://goo.gl/tJY9id) .
3. Add Tempering Ingredients: Chana dal, Urad dal, Mustard seeds & Red chillies.
4. Once the Mustard seeds start splattering, add Green chillies, finely chopped Ginger, 1 tsp of Asafoetida powder, Curry leaves & mix well.
5. Now turn off the stove.
6. Slowly add the Cooked Rice & mix with the tempered ingredients.
7. Add Salt to taste.
8. Now add the grated Raw Mango & mix gently. Add till you get the desired sour taste of your choice.
9. Garnish it with Coriander leaves. You can have it with Chips or Papad or any side dish.
