Red Bean Pulao Recipe

DESCRIPTION
Rajma Pulao | Red Bean Pulao Recipe | Spicy Kidney Bean Rice
Ingredients

Cooked Red bean - 200 gms
Basmati rice - 2 cups (400 gms)
Chopped Tomatoes - 2 no
Chopped Onions - 3 no
Green Chili - 2 no
Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp
Chili powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Salt
Cinnamon - 1 no
Cloves - 4 no
Cardamom - 4 no
Bay leaves - 1 no
Water - 1 cup

Method:
Add 1 tsp of Ghee in a pressure cooker.

Add Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Bay leaves, Onions and Green Chilies to it.

Add Ginger - Garlic paste after Onion become golden brown in color.

Now add Tomatoes, Tomato puree, Cooked Beans, Salt, Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Coconut Milk and Basmati rice. (For 2 cups of rice, add 2 cups of water)

Pressure cook the above ingredients for about 2 whistles.

Red Bean Pulav is ready to serve.
