The Lemon Rice

DESCRIPTION
The Lemon Rice recipe
Ingredients

Cooked Rice - 2 cups
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt
Juice of 1 lemon
Oil - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Chana dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Peanuts - few
Cashew Nuts - few
Red chillis - 3 nos
Asafoetida powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Green chillis - 3 nos (slit)
Ginger - few (chopped)

Method:
1. To the cooked rice, add turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice and oil. Mix well.

2. In a wide pan, heat oil. Add chana dal, urad dal, mustard seeds.

3. When the mustard start to splatter add the peanuts, cashew nuts, red chillis, asafoetida powder & curry leaves. Mix well

4. Add green chillis and ginger and mix.

5. Finally reduce the flame then add the rice and mix well

6. Check for salt and that's it! It's done & ready to serve!!
