DESCRIPTION
Method:
1. Break down the walnuts into smaller bits.
2. Add ghee to a pan, and roast the walnuts for 2-3 mins. Remove and keep it aside.
3. To the same pan, add ghee and roast the puffed rice. Keep it aside.
4. Add ghee and roast the roasted channa dal for 2 mins. Keep it aside.
5. Now roast the raisins in ghee. Keep them aside.
6. Roast the pounded garlic in ghee along with curry leaves. Keep the flame on low and roast them.
7. Now add, asafoetida powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, salt.
8. Now add all the roasted ingredients and sev.
9. Finally add brown sugar and ghee.
10. Walnut namkeen is ready.
