Milk - 500 ml
Yogurt - 2 tsp
1. Boil the milk and then cook in simmer for 10 minutes and turn off
2. Let the temperature of the milk reduce to warm
Note: Make sure its not lukewarm or hot.
3. Now whisk yogurt and then add the warm milk. Mix well so that there is froth on top
4. Now shift it to a clean container and let it sit and set for 2 hours. Done!
Once set, you can either have it warm or refrigerate and have it cold (y)
