Garlic Fried Rice With Mushroom Gravy

For Garlic Fried Rice
Basmati Rice - 1 cup (250 ml)
Sesame Oil - 2 Tbsp
Garlic - 2o Cloves Chopped
Spring Onion Whites
Onion - 1 No. Chopped
Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
Chili Flakes - 1 Tsp
Spring Onion Greens

For Mushroom Gravy
Mushroom - 200 Gms
Sesame Oil - 2 Tsp
Onion - 1 No.
Vinegar - 2 Tbsp
Soy Sauce - 2 Tbsp
Dried Chili - 3 Nos
Spring Onion Whites
Corn Flour - 1 Tbsp
Water - 1/2 Cup
Spring Onion Greens

Garlic Fried Rice
1. Firstly fry the chopped garlic pieces in some sesame oil
2. Fry them till they are golden brown in color
3. Reserve some of the fried garlic for later use and leave the rest in the pan
4. To the fried garlic, add some spring onion whites, chopped red onions, vinegar and saute them
5. Add the cooked rice and give it a mix
6. Add some chili flakes, crushed pepper and spring onion greens
7. Give it a mix and toss the rice for about 5 minutes and turn off the stove
8. Garlic Fied Rice is ready to be served hot

Mushroom Gravy

1. Heat some oil in a pan
2. Saute some ginger, garlic, onion wedges and mushrooms together
3. Add some salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce and give it a mix
4. Add sping onion whites and red chilies and saute till the mushrooms are cooked
5. Mix some cornflour in a cup of water and add it to the pan
6. Bring the gravy to a boil and turn off the stove
7. Mushroom Gravy is ready to be served hot along with the Garlic Fried Rice
