Ingredients

Salt - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2Oj81A4)
Ajwain - 1 Tsp (Optional) (Buy: https://amzn.to/2UpMGsy)
Ghee - 2 Tbsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/2RBvKxw)
Hot Water

Method:
1. To a wide bowl, add wheat flour, salt, ajwain, ghee, and mix.
2. Gradually add hot water and mix the dough.
3. Once the flour is combined, knead the dough for 5 mins.
4. Cover the bowl, and let is sit for 30 mins.
5. Divide the dough into equal portions.
5. Dust the surface and roll out the parathas.
6. Once the dough is rolled out, fold it into triangles and roll it again.
7.Heat the tawa and cook the paratha on both sides.
