DESCRIPTION
Mint Pulao Recipe
Ingredients:

Basmati Rice - 2 cups (400 ml)
Ghee - 1 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Piece of Cinnamon
Few Clove
Cardamom pods - 4 nos
Bay leaf - 2 nos
Onion - 4 nos sliced
Green Chilli paste - 2 tsp
Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tsp
Coconut paste - 3 tsp
Mint leaves - 2 bunches
Few Coriander leaves
Diluted Coconut Milk - 4 cups
Salt to taste
Tomatoes - 2 nos chopped

Method:
1. Soak basmati rice for 30 minutes.
2. Add 1 1/2 tbsp of ghee and 1 tbsp of oil.
4. Add cinnamon, clove ,cardamon pods and bay leaves.
3. Sliced onions are added and sauted.
4. Add 2 tbsp of green chilli paste and 2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
5. Add 3 tbsp of coconut paste.
6. Mint and coriander leaves are added to enhance flavors.
7. Soaked basmati rice is added.
8. 4 cups of Diluted milk is added.
8. Add salt to taste.
9. Add finely chopped tomatoes and mix it well.
9. Wait for 1- 2 whistles.
10.Mint pulao is ready to be served.or about 15 minutes.
