DESCRIPTION
Tortilla Mince Meat
Ingredients

Minced meat - 1/2 kg
Tortilla
Black eyed beans (red variety) - 1 cup
Onion - 4 to 5 chopped
Tomato - 4 chopped
Iceberg Lettuce
Cheddar Cheese - 1 cup
Sour cream - 1 cup
Few Cloves of Garlic chopped
Coriander Leaves
Paprika Powder - 2 tsp
Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
Pepper
Salt to taste

Method:
1.Take a pressure cooker and pour little water to cook meat. (Don't pour too much water, as the meat will release water as well)
2.Add half of the sliced onions and half of the sliced tomatoes,minced meat, black eyed beans.
3.Add salt, pepper and paprika powder.
4.Gently mix it and pressure cook it for 3 to 4 whistles. The meat is cooked.
5.Take a wide sauce pan.Pour 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the remaining onions,garlic,tomatoes, salt,pepper and a dash of paprika.Mix well.
6.Transfer the meat and onion tomato mixture to the wide sauce pan.
7.For the excess moisture to absorb, let it cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
8. Once the excess moisture is absorbed,add chopped coriander leaves and mix it.

For the Wrap:
1.Gently heat the tortilla on a Tawa on both the sides.
2.Take a small amount of the filling. Place it on the centre of the wrap.
3.Add the cheese and chopped lettuce on top of the filling.
4.Finally add a dollop of sour cream on top.
5.Gently wrap the tortilla around the filling.

Simple and delicious Tortilla Minced Meat is ready.
