Rice Flour - 1 Cup (Buy: https://amzn.to/37UEVyI)
Water - 1 Cup
Oil - 1 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/37UEVyI)
Salt - 1/2 Tsp (Buy: https://amzn.to/37UEVyI)

1. To a kadai, add water and salt. Mix until salt dissolves.
2. Once the water boils, add oil and rice flour.
3. Turn off the stove and mix everything together.
4. If needed, add little bit of hot water.
5. Transfer the rice mixture to a bowl.
6. Knead until it becomes one dough ball.
7. Now make small portions of the dough.
8. Dust the surface and roll out the dough ball.
9. Use a cutter to shape it. Roll it little thinner.
10. Heat a tawa, place the akki roti and cook on both sides.
11. Remove it from the tawa and place it directly on the flame.
12. Keep turning until it puffs up.
13. Delicious akki ubbu roti is ready.
